Bridge

The WordPress WordPrompt this month is Bridge. First thing that came to mind is a back bridge, facing up, head and legs on the floor. A great overall exercise. I have not done one in quite a few years, but am working up to it. On alternate mornings my exercise routine is based on the book Combat Conditioning by Matt Furey. I do five sets of three exercises: butt lifts (raising the upper back off the floor), hindu pushups and hindu squats. The butt lifts are the precursors to the back bridge. On mornings I am not doing Combat Conditioning I am following the 100-Pushups program. Not near 100 pushups yet, but working on it.
