Today I made progress on the cutting board. I figured out how to operate a hand-held router and cut the dadoes (I had heard the term before – now I have a better understanding of what they are) for the feet. The feet are pretty thin and I needed to run them through the planer to fit them into the dadoes, but they were too thin on their own. So I used double-sided adhesive to attach the feet to a feeder board and it worked very well. The feet fit tightly and with a little glue should stay on nicely. Next on to sanding.
