1/26/2022:Yesterday traveling I listened to a Hidden Brain podcast – Minimizing Pain, Maximizing Joy. The subject was Stoicism. The message was that Stoicism boils down to Do What You Can, With What You Have, Where You Are. Very much a Taoist theme as well.
